This time, RELAX! At Moab Springs Ranch, you will enter a shady Oasis with flowing water, huge trees and a spacious grassy campus. A hammock in our Private Park has your name on it!

Your accommodations at Moab's most luxurious Townhome Condominiums are 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms and sleeps up to 10 people. The floor plans have been called the "smartest" in town. Large windows, numerous doors, patios and balconies make these units bright and airy.

The Master Bedrooms have a king or queen-bed, television and private full bathroom. Other bedrooms have a queen and set of bunk beds. The great-room has a fully furnished kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area and living area.

The kitchen is not a "kitchenette". It has a gas stove-top, electric oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave oven and spacious cabinets. There is a raised breakfast bar with barstools and a dining table.

The living area has a sofa, coffee table, a television with VCR and/or DVD player, and some units have a "Shelf-System" CD/tape player and radio. Some units have washers and dryers.

We take your outside time very seriously. We installed French Doors from the Great Room onto the large patios and each bedroom has its own door onto the balconies. The Patio has a table and chairs. The balcony has a bistro table and chairs.

The swimming pool and spa/hot tub are conveniently located near the Townhomes. Picnic tables are generously scattered about the campus.

Our spacious private park is located where the Watercress Springs gurgle from the base of the red-rock cliffs. A flowing waterscape of wading ponds and waterfalls tumbles into our Ranch Pond, which is home to frogs, trout and the occasional guest! Hammocks invite you to linger. A fire-ring near the pond may be used for gatherings in the evening. Portable gas-grill may be use wherever you wish.
